FAQs about Giving

Why does it say on the giving page “Student Bar Association” when I want to give specifically to the Fordham Art Law Society?

The link that is on our website and ONLY this link, is targeted specifically to the Fordham Art Law Society. Therefore, when you give, the Student Bar Association will know that it is going directly to the FALS account. You do not need to write any special designation if you use this link. You can give here knowing with confidence that the funds will be allocated to the Fordham Art Law Society.

What is Fordham Art Law Society’s fundraising goal this year?

This year, with the expansion of the Fordham Art Law Society, our goal is to raise a total of US $16,000. However, any gift of any size is a great help to us.

I want my Gift to the Fordham Art Law Society to be used for specific purpose, is that possible?

Absolutely. We are happy to honor the wishes of the donor. After you have submitted your donation, please contact us with your special request.

I want my gift to be anonymous and/or I do not want my name on the FALS website, will you respect this wish?

Yes. When the funds are donated, you can write on donation form that you want your gift to be anonymous. If you do not wish to be listed on the site, you can also contact us directly.

Is my gift tax deductible?

Absolutely!

I would like to give a rather large gift. Who might I speak to at Fordham Law about this?

Please feel free to contact Graham Ciraulo at gciraulo@fordham.edu or 212-636-7467.

I would be more comfortable sending a check. How can I do this?

Please send all checks made out to Fordham University School of law (with Memo: Fordham Art Law Society).

Checks may be mailed to:

Fordham Art Law Society
