The 11th Annual Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation Conference Hosted by the Fordham Art Law Society
Thank you for all of your interest in this year’s LCCHP Conference.
Unfortunately, in light of Governor Cuomo’s declaration of a state of emergency in New York and the updated Coronavirus guidelines issued by the CDC, Fordham University has cancelled all on-campus events, effective March 9, 2020 through March 29. Unfortunately, this does include The 11th Annual Lawyers’ Committee for Cultural Heritage Preservation Conference Hosted by the Fordham Art Law Society (Friday, March 13, 2020).
We regret any inconvenience caused by this cancellation although we must agree that it is medically necessary to slow the transmission of the virus.
LCCHP is very proud of the conference program they have assembled and the speakers who agreed to appear, and they have every intention of rescheduling the conference, or finding alternative means of holding the conference, potentially remotely.
LCCHP will be working in the coming days on issuing refunds for the conference and welcome event registrations. If you are interested in converting your conference registration fee to a contribution to the organization’s continuing preservation efforts please contact Kate Kaplan, LCCHP Executive Director at director@culturalheritagelaw.org.
